He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo "Jody" Goodpastor Kelly; his children, Tim Fulton (Paige) of Cincinnati, OH, Tina Kelly Greenwood of Cincinnati, OH and Marie Dozier of Norwood, OH; his brothers, Kerry Kelly and Gary Kelly of Lester, WV; his sister-in-law Margie Flanagan of Milford, OH; his grandchildren, Cassidy Greenwood, Eric Greenwood (Jenny Erikson), Matthew Schultz (Kara), Mark Schultz (Sara), Kelly Conner (Mike), Ryan Fulton (Nikole Jones), Brandon Fulton (Reagan) and Casey Fulton; his great grandchildren, Max Conner, Ava Schultz and Rowen Fulton; and his friends, Jimmie Young (Shellie) of Nancy, KY and Rita Blair of Nancy, KY..
