He was predeceased by: his son Michael Tripp; his sister Trudy Tripp; and his parents, Clarence Tripp and Martha Tripp. He is survived by: his wife Carla Tripp; his children, Stacey Farrell (Doug) and Zack Tripp (Abbi); his grandchild Baya Farrell; his siblings, Ginny Tripp and Chuck Tripp (Debbie); and his in-laws, Jan Englert, Barbie Beier, Kevin Jesse (Barb) and Sheila Dowers (Denny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
