He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Schultz and Hazel Schultz (Threm); his siblings, Patricia Hein and Frank Schultz; and his daughter Colleen Cozort.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Cain; his son Joshua Schultz (Heidi); and his siblings, Allen, Ronald, William, Larry, Peggy Hancock and Paula Richardson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
