He is survived by: his children, Randall Phelps (Lindsey), Rachel Phelps, Terry Phelps (Skylar), Kassidy Miller (Amanda) and Matthew Meadows (Ashley); his grandchildren, Charity Phelps, Kayden Phelps, Jaylea Phelps, Kaynan Phelps, Izabella Ollman, Kaylea Phelps, Dallas Whiteford, Carter Phelps, Thomas Whiteford, Ronan Meadows, Maeve Meadows, Sheldon Sykes, Brayden Belcamino, Ivy Miller, Becca Miller and Mandie Miller; and his sisters, Sherry Redford (Willard), Linda Potter (O'Neil) and Patty Buerkle (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
