He is survived by: his mother Mary Ervin; his grandchildren, Curtis Martin, Cortez Martin, Sierra McCree, Sharonna McCree, Kareem McCree, Keyasia Dickey, Dwayne Dickey and Jason Massey; and his siblings, Michael Ervin, Stanford Ervin, David Ervin, Joanne Ervin, Mary Ervin and Bonnie Ervin. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren, other family members and friends.
