He was predeceased by: his former wife Laetitia "Tish" Maher (Maher); his foster child Jackie Ake; his parents, Joseph and Muriel; and his brothers, Donald, Joseph and David.
He is survived by:, Raymond Hils, Jr. (Beth), Ann Shinkle (Bob), Maureen Shaul (Stephen), Kevin Hils (Becky) and Barbara Dial (Joseph). He is also survived by wife of 16 years, and her adult stepchildren, his eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
