He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Koehlke and Hilda Koehlke; his wife Marlene Koehlke; and his siblings, Norbert Koehlke (Alma), Earl Koehlke (Edna), Elmer Koehlke (Shirley), Thelma Vanoflen, Erwin Koehlke (Liz), Mary Macke and Robert Koehlke (Jeanette).

He is survived by: his children, Mark Koehlke (Portia), Jeff Koehlke (Mary), Steve Koehlke (Missy) and Lisa Siciliano (Ron); his grandchildren, Mark (Tina), Laura, Ashley (Blake), Cameron, Nick (Margot), Robin (Jordan), Kim (Scott), Maria, Aimee (Aaron), Alex (Chad), Kasey (Andrew) and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Max, Addison, Aubree, Lincoln, Elaine, Skylar, Brantley and Zachary; his great great grandchild Madelynn; his sister Joan Puening (late George); his sister-in-law Marilyn Chambers (late Larry); his niece Pat (Jim); and his friend Tom Keane.
