He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louise Phillips (Rutenschroer); his children, David Phillips (Barbara) and Tracy Pappenheimer (Ian); his grandchildren, Rachel, Claire, Anna Pappenheimer, Hannah Kirtley (Dakota) and Alex House; his great grandchild Carter Kirtley; and his parents, Warder H. Phillips and Estella Phillips (Butts). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Anderson Hills Church (7515 Forest Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens (2145 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
