She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Hara, Sr.; her children, Michael O'Hara, Jr. (Kate) and Jennifer Sifford (Matthew); her grandchildren, Branden, Natalie, Austin, Keegan, Mattias, Bryce, Brynn, Ryli, Ryin, Hailee and Beckett; and her siblings, Steve, Earl, Richard, David Swisshelm and Nancy O'Hara. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
