With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Renate Bachler (Cincinnati, Ohio), born in Berlin, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Bachler; her daughter Jennifer Bachler; her great grandchild Mae Baird; and her brother Hans Hanicke. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Korte (Bachler) and Christopher Bachler (Amy); her grandchildren, Paige Arata (Patrick), Lacy Baird (Eli), Sara Olsen (Tracy), Savanna Bachler (Greg Blakley), Sebastian Bachler, Mila Baird, Leo Baird, Rue Arata, Lyla Blakley, Luka Blakley, Asher Olsen and Paxton Olsen; and her siblings, Ruth Yount (Aunt Pippi) and Wolfgang Hanicke.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
