He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Bertha Smith; and his siblings, Paula Dudley-Biehl and Jim Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Smith; his children, Cindy Shotts (Stanley) and Randy Smith (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Krista Etzler, Nikki Cook (Josh), Barbara Ginn (Jeff), Andrea Mullins (Chris), Erika Thomas (Corry) and Mallory Smith (Matt). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Highview Christian Church (2651 Adams Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens (2145 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
