He is survived by: his wife Carla Ann Baker Davidson; his daughters, Laura Combs and Andrea Menetrey (Mark); his grandchildren, Austin Meltebrink, Allison Timmerman (Nathaniel), Conner Meltebrink (Dasha), Krista Combs (Joe), Paul Combs, Kira Menetrey, Alice Menetrey and Phoebe Menetrey; his great grandchildren, Kylan Meltebrink, Kade Meltebrink, Scottlyn Rivera and Mallory Rivera; and his sisters, Carole Wagner (Randy), Marilyn Dempster, Janet Mahoney, Donna Barlage (John) and Nancy Guiler.
