Hulse of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Hulse and Vada Hulse (Ellis); and his sister Iris (Spurrier). He is survived by : his children, Julie (Jamieson), Lisa (Jester), Beth (Colananni) and Richard Hulse II; and his wife Carolyn (Owens). He is also survived by his brother, Al, and Rick's 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
