Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Weil Kahn Funeral Home (8350 Cornell Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.

“I am heartbroken at the news of the passing of Rich. We talked about getting together for lunch but could never synch our calendars. I recall meeting Rich the first time in 1983, and as we spoke, he suggested we go to breakfast at Diane's. From that time, we spent a lot of mornings at Diane's. We co-counseled many cases over the years and we were quite successful. Certainly, I will grieve for my friend but whenever I think of him, I will smile. knowing he would want it that way. I love you Rich.”
