With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard L. Gonce in Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2026 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gonce and Arcula Gonce; and his former wife Diana Gonce. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Gonce (Kleczewski); his daughters, Denise Bowling (Richard) and Michelle Gonce; his stepdaughters, Becky McDougal (Phillip) and Missy Bomberry; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan, Morgan, Tucker, Maddie and Sydney.
His contributions to his family and community will not be forgotten, and he will live on in the hearts of those he touched. In lieu of flowers, please make your contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Research Hospital.
