He is survived by: his wife Janet Hall; his sons, Nicholas Brock (Amanda) and Adam Hall (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Nora, Willow, Cecilia and Hazel; and his sibling Robin Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rick's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
