He was predeceased by: his wife Mary C. Jilek. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Verkamp (Tom) and Kathy Jilek; and his grandchildren, Brad Linsenmeyer (Allie), Eric Verkamp (Stephanie), Emily Rawers (Brian) and Matthew Verkamp. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
