He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Lewis (McDade) and George Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Brown (Donald); and his sister Rena Stevenson (Lewis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home - TriCounty (11285 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246).
