He is survived by: his children, Gregory Maurer (Jennifer), Elizabeth Staarmann (Rick), Daniel Maurer (Sara) and Matthew Maurer; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Gwyndolyn (Chad), Grace, Leara, Conner, Pyper, Aveah and Pierce; his siblings, Robert Maurer (Lori Davolos), Susan Loth (Mike), William Maurer (Linda) and Michelle Bright (Mac); his nieces and nephews, Mason, Irena, Steven (Emma), Angela, Nicholas, David, Grady, Emma, Owen and Eli; and his pet Chip.
