He is survived by: his sons, Todd O'Reilly (Teri) and Mark O'Reilly (Michele); his grandchildren, Amiee, Christian, Megan, Shane and Rachael; and his great grandchildren, Kenley, Kenadi, Charlie, Bishop, Max and Aubrey.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
