He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Monk and Lilly Kessinger Monk; his siblings, Bobby, Elmer, Raymond, Charles Monk and Janie Browning; and his grandson Bradley Monk.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Monk (Terry) of Zephyrhills Florida, Scott Monk (Diane) of Hamilton Ohio, Tony Monk of Covington Kentucky, Barry Monk (Michelle), Rusty and Rodney Monk of Fairfield; his stepdaughter Gloria Ryle of Taylor Mill; and his brother Johnny Monk of Indiana. He is also survived by 12 grand children and 5 great grand children.
