He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Charles Minges; his parents, Charles Minges and Alberta Minges; and his siblings, Rosemary Evans (Bill), Charles F. Minges and Robert Minges (Mary).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Minges; his children, Catherine Oliver (Mike), Teresa Johnston, Richard P. Jr. Minges (Lisa), Brenda Riegler and Cheryl Walton (Steve); and his brothers, Donald and James Minges. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242, or to a charity of one's choice.
