He is survived by: his children, David Salmen (Marcia), Matthew Salmen (Teresa) and Karen Smith (Wade); the mother of his children Janet Linz; his grandchildren, Alyson Bable (Alex), Joseph Salmen (Kaylee), Nicholas Salmen (Kylie), Jonathon Salmen (Julina), Cole Smith and Hunter Smith; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Beckley, Patty Conrad and Melissa Ward; his sisters, Elsie Stimple and Anne McCullough; and also, Averie, Joseph, Bryant and Sarah May.
