With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Thomas (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on August 5, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Margo Steinbaugh (Mike), David Thomas (Pam) and Sally Hayes (Gary); and his grandchildren, Ana Roe (Nathan), Elana Kostoff (Nick), Ginger Gasaway (James), Lindsay Pelkey (Chris), Sarah Hayes and Emily Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to The Jane and Richard Thomas Down Syndrome Center c/o Cincinnati Children's Hospita.
