He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Todd and Valda LaRue; and his sibling Terry Todd. He is survived by: his stepfather Mose Kirk; his wife Gayle; his children, Lauri Heinlen, Megan Todd (Alex), Brian Waters (Susan) and Michael Heinlen (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Kaydence, Harper and Kaia; and his siblings, Michael Todd (Cynthia), Kim Kilburn (Garry), Tammy Litschgi and Robin Hall (Ben).
Donations can be made in Rick's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
