He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan D. Cook; his sons, Tim (Cathy) and Scott Cook (Beth); his grandchildren, Ridge, Emma, Addison and Owen Cook; and his sister Ruth Smith (Wayne). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Cincinnati or Forestville Baptist Church.
