He is survived by: his parents, Bill Hackworth (Chris) and Sandi Copeland (Mike); his son William Michael Hackworth; and his siblings, Brandy Evans (Micky), Traci Omlor (Tim), Kara Plaehn (David), Kevin Hackworth (Lori), Kyle Hackworth, Brook Allen and Dustee Ceballos (Jose). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
