He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Scherer and Helen Scherer (late Hazel Kathryn); his brother-in-law Richard Ruebusch (Jeanine); his children, Dennis Scherer (Linda), Diane Falasco (Richard), Kevin Scherer (late Terry Knecht) and Rob Scherer (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pruitt (Mark), Matthew Scherer (Tamara), Diane Scherer, Mark Scherer (Jason), Ryan Scherer (Tyra), Lindsey Schoenlaub (Joseph), Ben Scherer (Alayzia), Eric Falasco (Lauren Houston), Kristin Case (Tyler), Ashley Scherer, Kayla Scherer, Brittany Ellington (Ethan) and Brandy Fisher (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Joseph Pruitt, Corinne Pruitt, Ben Pruitt, Stevie Pruitt, Haley Brayton (Austin), Tyler Scherer, Andie Scherer, Jett Scherer, Baker Scherer, Brynn Scherer, Brady Scherer, Bronson Scherer, Oaklyn Scherer, Monroe Scherer, Ramsey Scherer, Nathan Case and Cole Fisher; and his great great grandchild Andrew Tipton.
