He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Dietsch and Patricia Nickerson Dietsch. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Moore; his daughters, Elizabeth Seciliot (Steve), Emily Dietsch-Knauss (Scott) of Columbus Ohio, Moira Dietsch (Ceth) of Cincinnati and Elaine Douaire (Dan) of Cincinnati; his granddaughters, Lucy, Rose and Eloise Douaire; and his brother Michael Dietsch (Michelle) of Rochester.
