He is survived by: his wife Patty Czerwinski; his daughter Christie Schmidt (Erick); his stepchildren, Michael Merletti (Claire), Matthew Merletti (Amy) and Chris Funk (Heather); his grandchildren, Nicole Fennell (Tyler), Brandon Schmidt and Carly Mackzum (Danny); and his stepgrandchildren, Eli, Emmett, Hunter, Billy Merletti, Henry and Charlie Funk.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Queen City Hospice and Circle Tails.
