It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Hill Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Cromwell, Alabama, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Hill Sr. and Lucy Mae Kennedy; his wife Sallie M. Hill; his son Travis P. Hill; and his siblings, Bobby C. Hill, Willie Ethel Smith and Tyre Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Charlene Hill, Ronald L. Hill (Kelly) and Bryant E. Hill; his daughter-in-law Manetta Hill; his stepgranddaughter Jennifer McNeal; his granddaughters, Monica R. Hill, Nicole L. Grimm (Jeff) and Alexis R. Hill; his great grandchildren, Mattie J. Scaife, Brooklyn N. Grimm, Matthew A. Grimm, Jordan J. Grimm and Darius Bell Jr.; his brother Ewell Kennedy (Edna); and his stepsisters, Vanessa Ridgeway (Taylor) and Jacqueline Moore (Taylor). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
