“Mr. Foppe was such a sweet hearted gentleman. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family, friends and individuals who knew him throughout the community. Mr. Foppe was loved by many people including the workers at Graeters Ice Cream in Kenwood, Ohio. I used to love serving him a pecan danish and then taking time to sit and talk with him. He absolutely adored his late wife, and his children. I loved hearing him talk about them along with stories about golf, life, and his time in the service. Mr. Foppe was a special person. Sincerely, Virginia Hollatz”
