He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Frooman and Sarah Frooman; his daughter Karen Barrett (Kevin); and his brothers, Sherman and Richard Frooman.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene A. Frooman; and his children, Jim Frooman (Leisa), Tom Frooman (Susan), Donna Cummins (Mike) and Nancy Herter (Keith). He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
