He is survived by: his wife Joan Penny; his children, Jamie Lynn McWhorter and Jenna Lee Penny; his grandchildren, Sage McWhorter and Aidyn McWhorter; his great grandchildren, Braxton Scroggs and Baylee Davis; and his siblings, Crystal Parks (Butch), Randy Penny (Dawnalyn) and Sandra Pel (Titus). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
