He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kay; his sons, Michael Kay (Pamela) and Daniel Kay (Sherry); his grandchildren, Amanda Benza (John), Brittany Chalupa (Zach), Courtney Hoover (Justin), Mason Combs and Megan Foster (Drew); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Joanna, Aubrey, Clara, Beau, Avery, Adelyn and Dillon.
