We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 98, Robert Marion Dugger of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dugger and Emma Tucker Dugger; his wife Francis Dugger; and his daughter Gayrita Loudermilk. He is survived by: his son Ricky Dugger (Starr Dugger); his brother-in-law Robert Loudermilk of Louisville; his sibling's children, Robert "Robbie" Loudermilk, Jr. (Anna) of Louisville and Tonya Thomas (Curt) of Louisville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert, Jacob, Brianna, Alyssa and Katelyn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
