He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Molenda and Dolores Molenda. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Frank (Nicole) and John (Courtney); his grandsons, Monroe and Rhett; and his siblings, Kathy Pence, Debbie Fox of South Bend, Mike Molenda of Chicago and Becky Malmquist of Grand Rapids.
