He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Nelson; his children, Robert "Bobby" Nelson (Maci) and Kathleen Nelson Dickess; his parents, Dolores Nelson and Charles Nelson; his grandchildren, Colton, Dominic and Braylen Dickess; and his siblings, Sharon Gray (Rich), Barb Nelson Miller, John Nelson (Sharon), Pam Barnell (Dan) and Greg Nelson (late Karen).

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
