She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert Stutz; her son Gary Stutz; her brothers, Robert and Harvey Cohen; and her sister-in-law Barbara Cohen.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hoffman (Dennis Turner); her sister-in-law Elaine Cohen; and her grandchildren, Max and Madeline Hoffman. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
