He is survived by: his wife Cindy Morris; his children, Tammy Otis (Rick), Kristen Jordan, Ashley Morris (Tim Morgan), Kaylee Nutt (Josh), Dawn Rackley, Kelly Burton (Chris) and Trisha Miller (Joe Bowling); his grandchildren, Ricky (Alyssa), Sydney (Jeff), Kassidy, Kamryn, Johnny, Timmy, Austin, Audrey, Jayce, Corey (Gina), Cody, Kelsey, Brian, Kaden, Keyan, Christopher, Hayleigh and Grover; his great grandchildren, Ricky III, Will, Annie, James, Miles and Kinsley; and his siblings, Rita Hall (John), Bud Morris (late Carol), Gary Morris (Peggy), Deron Morris (Brenda), Tony Morris (Kathy), Kevin Morris, Jeff Morris and Mark Morris.
In lieu of flowers, Rocky wanted memorials to be made to the Barrett Otis Research Fund for Males | International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
