He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Chaille (Nee Eppinghoff); his children, Amy Schorsch (Rich), Keri Tate (Wayne) and Ronny Chaille (Marek Hartwig); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Ben McGinnis), Meghan, Jacob Schorsch, Andrew, Zachary and Emily Tate; his brother Alan Chaille (late Diane); his sister-in-law Karen Fellerman (late Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Mandy, Danny, Jess, Heather, Ryan, Lisa and Tim.
