He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Prather; his father Herman; his siblings, Eugene Prather and Anna Mae Asher; and his grandson Joseph Alan Killingsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Prather (Vicki) and Susan Davis (Alan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Queen City Hospice, or Cincinnati Primitive Baptist Church.
