He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ella and Rose Ella; his son Troy; and his in-laws, John and Mary Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Travis, Nikki, Megan and Billy Bowman; his daughter-in-law Julianne; his grandchildren, Will, Noah, Emma and Lucas Bowman; his siblings, Roberta, Tim Alvis and Richard; his in-laws, Diane, Mark Lillis, James Sr., Sandy Wood, Margie Weller and Junellen Wood; and his nephew Ron. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, extended family, lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Northwest Community Presbyterian Church (8735 Cheviot Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45251). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
