She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mitchell and Reba Mitchell; her husband Marx Swingley of Amber's Beauty; and her siblings, Lulubell Mills (Bob), Betty Stevens (Frank), Dorothy Knuckles (George) and Marsha Smith (LeRoy).
She is survived by: her children, David Swingley (Jeanelle), Brian Swingley (Toni), Dennis Swingley (Tami) and Marianne Eubanks (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Levi, Chris (Jenna) and Sabrina; her great grandchild Lucy; and her siblings, Fred Mitchell (Mary), Diana Gaultney (Dave), Sandra Knots (late Harold) and Nina Howell (late Martin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the T. P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Pierce TWP Cemetery (950 Locust Corner Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45245).
