It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosetta Evans (Cincinnati, Ohio), born in Tuskegee, Alabama, who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Mae Ramey and Roosevelt Whitlow. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Evans, Kathy Evans and Vernon C. Evans (Giana); her grandchildren, Robert, Brooklyn, London and Kingston; and her siblings, Loretta Gibson and Roosevelt Whitlow Jr. (Susan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, one uncle, cousins, and many dear friends.
