She is survived by: her daughter Janie Bernard (Matt) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Harry Bernard and Abby Bernard; and her siblings, Jeannie Dunaway (Gerald) of Winchester, KY, Lorraine Wilson (Mitchell) of London, KY and Lowell Jones (Linda) of London, KY..
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to be sent to the Carmel Hills Care Center, 2801 Carmel Rd. Charlotte, NC 28226 in honor of the nurses who loved and cared for her.
