She was predeceased by: her parents, Lando "Tom" Pennington and Emma Myers (Bates); her husband Stanley E. King; her sons, Jack R. Chapman and Gerald "Wayne" Chapman; and her siblings, Clarence Pennington, Dolores J. Johnson, Helen and Alberta Pennington.
She is survived by: her stepfather William L. Myers; and her grandchildren, Shauna Hernandez of Cincinnati, Ohio, Gerald Wayne Chapman, Jr. of Florida and Joseph Chapman of Dayton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family member.
