He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Slack, Angela Sweet and Stella Tallant; his grandchildren, Joshua Reed, Cody Lilly, Jason Smith, Samantha Smith, Nicole Marksberry and Steven Marksberry; and his siblings, Dottie Nichols and Jackie Lay. He is also survived by numerous loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
