He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis B. Toadvine and Mary B. Henson Toadvine; his wife Patrica Louise Toadvine; his sons, Tony Toadvine and Steven Toadvine; and his siblings, Otis Carl Toadvine, Rosamond Ann Craighead and Betty Ellen Krechting.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Toadvine and Shawn Toadvine (Molly Buckler); his grandchildren, Anthony, Brandon, Sam, Noah, Abigail, Gabrielle, Tia, Tati and Ellie; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Peytan, Kinleigh, Blakely and Greyson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
Memorial donation may be made in his name to the House of Refuge Church.
