She is survived by: her husband Samuel Jordan Dula Jr.; her children, Catherine Myrick, Bobarraca Ray, Sam Mitchell and Elisa Dula-Mitchell; her grandchildren, Courtney Myrick, Marcus Myrick, Tabitha Myrick and Ramia Ray; and her siblings, Edward Middlebrooks Jr., Denise Middlebrooks (Albert) and Jennifer Ray. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many dear, dear friends.
Sandra was passionate about charity and giving back to the community, volunteering at various homeless shelters throughout Cincinnati, giving away hygiene packs and warm blankets and providing comfort to those in need.
